How to allow ControlVM support access to your server? Print

This support method able to avoid disclosure of your server root/admin passwords.

1 . Copy our support public key and paste to your ssh key file which usually store at .ssh/

2. Restart your ssh server.

3. Be sure that you whitelist our support IP address 103.241.150.178 & 103.47.155.109

4. Update us  your current SSH port via ticket once ready.
