IP address is automatically assign by our system when service activation. As such, in general we not allow customer request to change IP.
Requests that within below condition will NOT be considered:
1) within 30 days of new order/service deployment
2) violated to our Term of Service
3) IP blacklisted due to inappropriate use
In the event of special circumstances and change is necessary (by our judgement), a one-time $3.00 processing fee chargeable.
